Welcome to Uitiful, an AI-powered UI/UX generation platform operated by Frilogix ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Uitiful website, applications, APIs, and services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

Uitiful is an AI-powered platform that allows users to generate user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) designs using artificial intelligence. The Service may include:

  • AI-powered UI generation tools
  • Design iteration and editing tools
  • Code export capabilities
  • Collaboration features
  • APIs and integrations

The Service relies on third-party artificial intelligence models and providers including, but not limited to OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, and other AI infrastructure providers. These providers may process requests submitted through the Service in order to generate outputs.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Uitiful, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your account, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate illegal or harmful content
  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Upload malware or malicious code
  • Attempt to reverse engineer the Service
  • Interfere with the operation of the platform
  • Abuse or exploit the AI systems

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. AI Generated Content

Uitiful generates UI/UX designs and code using artificial intelligence. You acknowledge that AI outputs may be imperfect, inaccurate, or incomplete, generated content may resemble existing designs, and you are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before use. Frilogix makes no guarantees regarding originality or suitability of generated content.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant Frilogix a limited license to process your inputs, generate outputs, and operate and improve the Service. We do not claim ownership over your prompts, designs, or generated outputs.

7. Third-Party AI Providers

Uitiful uses third-party AI infrastructure providers. Your prompts and inputs may be transmitted to these providers in order to generate results. These providers may include OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, and other AI model vendors. Their use is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

8. Pricing and Subscriptions

Some features of the Service may require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees, provide valid payment information, and authorize recurring billing where applicable. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

9. Intellectual Property

The Uitiful platform, including its software, design, algorithms, branding, and documentation are the intellectual property of Frilogix. You may not copy, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

10. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable services, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. The Service may change, evolve, or be discontinued at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frilogix shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms, as required by law, or as necessary to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable international commercial laws unless otherwise required by local regulation.

15. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
